A380X Main Panel Flood Lighting does not work

Describe the bug

The flood lighting for the main panel does not work, you can set the switch to any intensity and it will not light up the main panel.

Expected behavior

Flood lights should turn on and increase/decrease in intensity with the lighting knob

Steps to reproduce

1. Load into aircraft
2. Select "MAIN PNL FLOOD LT" knob to desired intensity
3. Observe no lighting present

@VATNZ-MR This is probably related to the electrical issue in 2024. Try the latest dev build and it should be fixed.
