The Setup Plot

The Setup Plot covers all aspects relating to onboarding new Carmel Learners. This is essentially the process of setting up a new Carmel Account when first starting out, including setting up the Carmel Learning Environment in the Carmel Studio.

This plot is the primary touch point with the Carmel Platform for new Learners so this needs to be extremely easy to go through and easy to understand. Anyone - absolutely anyone - should be able to go through the Setup Plot quickly and painlessly. But beyond that, it needs to also be fun, engaging and even playful.

The new Learner is presented with Chunky, the playful Code Monkey, who will act as their Personal Carmel Guide throughout their entire Carmel Learning Journey. Chunky will present himself in a simple chat interface as a chatbot and will be available for a chat anytime, anywhere - Web, Desktop or Mobile.
