Application no longer starts up properly

Hi,

I'm using psa_car_controller since about two years. My way of updating the app was always to do a git pull.
and I started the app with
nohup python3 psa_car_controller -f config.json -c charge_config.json -l [IP_OF_MY_RPI] -r &
around 19.2. the application did not longer log charges (trips stopped in Oct 22)
So I restarted the application … and now the websites is no longer accessible.
I restarted the raspberry, no success.

The app it self is still running, but it seems to refuse to deliver via the 5000 port.

Then I installed psa_car_controller via
ip3 install psa-car-controller

and tried to a new config but this ended up in

2023-03-03 19:31:21,117 :: ERROR :: Bad config
WARNING: dev bundles requested with serve_locally=False.
This is not supported, switching to serve_locally=True```


Could any one help me out to get it running again … best would be without data loss :p
