API for notification of new events

Today, with the Flexpa API, it's possible to pull information after a patient authorizes access. This is useful for customer types that have a one-time engagement with the patient.

However, many customer types and use cases require or desire ongoing, proactive notification of new information. We are planning the release of an API (the delta push API) to allow customers to register a webhook destination, "subscribe" patients they want ongoing notifications, and receive updates in real-time as Flexpa polls in the background.

We would love thoughts and feedback about this potential product offering.
