Windows blurry when display scale is set to 300% on Wayland without fractional scaling

Isolated another blur case possibly related to #24 & #36. Happens on Wayland when I set the display scale to 300%. Note that I do not have fractional scaling enabled.

No unwanted blur with display scale at 200% and the extension enabled:

Blur with display scale at 300% and the extension enabled:

No blur again with display scale at 300% and the extension disabled:

Issues #24 & #36 are related.
