When initializing a new Laravel project and installing filament/forms, I'm getting a compatibility error packages

composer create-project laravel/laravel .
composer require livewire/livewire
composer require filament/forms:"^3.2" -W

output console:

Problem 1
    - Root composer.json requires filament/forms 3.2 -> satisfiable by filament/forms[v3.2.0].
    - filament/forms v3.2.0 requires illuminate/console ^10.0 -> satisfiable by illuminate/console[v10.0.0, ..., v10.48.26].
    - illuminate/console[v10.17.0, ..., v10.48.26] require nunomaduro/termwind ^1.13 -> found nunomaduro/termwind[v1.13.0, ..., v1.17.0] but these were not loaded, likely because it conflicts with another require.

The command from the documentation:
composer require filament/forms:"^3.2" -W

Generates a warning:
"The '3.2' constraint for 'filament/forms' appears too strict and will likely not match what you want. See https://getcomposer.org/constraints"

followed by the mentioned error.

I ran the command:
composer require filament/forms:"3.*" -W

and it worked as expected.
