Redesign Tags for Reports such as "Standalone" for enhanced userability in console

Description

For the feature of checking whether the report is appropiate for the user system or not, it is helpful to redesign the report structure and add a "Tag" field that easens the use of the above named feature.

What are the benefits?

Less manual work needs to be done when new reports are made. (right now, manual code enhancement is needed to make new reports involved in the above named feature.

Acceptance Criteria!

• Reports have a filled out Tag field (to be determined which ones)
• functionality updated to use the new tag field
• if a new report is embedded, no new code needs to be enhanced
