Add option to show title on mouse holding

As it is now you by holding the mouse over a dial system can show the url, due the possibility to hide titles can the dials show the title instead the url (or both)?

I'll add new option "On hover show dial title" and if you enable it and the existing "On hover show dial URL", you will see both, each on separate line.

It's implemented in the new version, which still wasn't released.
Oh, I can't believe I'm working on this version since August!
The good news is, the new version is almost ready for release, just some small last minute changes and tests.
