Taskbar at bottom is above invisible other bar

I use LineageOS 21 (Android 14) on my Samsung Tab S5e (SM-T720) Tablet and like to use taskbar on second screen in desktop mode.
Desktop Mode is enabled in development options.
If I connect the tablet to display, the taskbar appears on connected monitor, but the taskbar floats above the bottom edge.
Found out there is an invisible bar with two invisible buttons. If I click (and hold button) to the position in picture, the button gets visible. The second invisible button is at the left site

How I can get the taskbar at the bottom edge?
The Issue I had already on this device with LineageOS 20 (Android 13)

Interesting, didnt think there was an invisible bar, but it seems like this is the case.
