this version is supposed to work without requesting admin privileges unless it finds a vivaldi installed into program files directory. so in case of standalone vivaldi installations you will probably never see a UAC window again when using this tool.

also added a workflow to build the app via github actions, so if you don't trust the binary i attached below you can easily build it yourself without the need to install anything on your device. you just dispatch the buildapp action, and it automatically produces the objs zip artifact for you containing all the files from the build.
