some tests got out of sync and fail with the new version of chapel

  • resistors-colors
  • yacht
  • deprecation warnings

warnings are because teh implicit ref intent is deprecated and may be removed. However, I heard rumors the deprecation may be undone in upcoming release, so let's wait
