Recording Stream 3840* 2160 , h265, Max Bitrate 3mb/s, Avg 2mb/s, 32 Iframe Interval
On playback, this stream will be played at:
1920*1080p, 4fps, h264
We're expecting this to work at 1.2x realtime with a bitrate of 2-2.5mb/s
