Duplicate extension status for compatibility with rust-verkle #251

In go-verkle, if a stem that is present also serves as a proof of absence for two (or more) missing stems, a single stem is used. In rust-verkle, the extension status is duplicated. See if it is possible to dupllicate the extension status for compatibility.
