v1.0.0 of the UAS reporting format updates the variable names across all templates and instructions to match the new standard/recommended snake case. This will improve interoperability between formats and hopefully decrease the chances of inconsistencies in variable naming when data contributors complete their own files.

Additionally, this version includes updates to the instructions to include the standard keywords to be used at the package- and FLMD-level. These keywords will help the FusionDB identify reporting format files and increase findability of reporting format datasets. Lastly, the reporting format name was slightly revised to match the ESS-DIVE keyword.
