A piece of code to generate updated SCP:SL translations.
- Shortens SCP names (E.g., "SCP-079" becomes "79")
- Removes role descriptions as they are obstructive
- Removes some other things that may be considered obstructive, such as item descriptions
- Adds SCP-914 recipes to item descriptions
