Request: War Allies do not have time entries for participation start and end.

Allies in war have no indication of start and end time making it difficult to interpret when the two week period expires.

Would like to see participation start and end times.

Potential complications:

1. If an entity allies more than once in a running war (say twice in one month), two entries would be needed.
2. If a war becomes mutual, end times will change.
