Use production genepool

Switch from staging genepool to production and add a option to configure used genepool for testing.

Production genepool api: https://genepool-api.eryph.io (no /api!)

To allow overwriting this for testing with staging genepool application settings have to added that can overwrite authority.
But as both authorities are fixed it can be configured by a boolean stagingAuthority.

So there would be a option to set genepool endpoint and another one to enable staging authority.

Values for production and staging cliendId and authorityUrl should be hard coded.
