File description:

main.py is the main file of the project, pars.py parses

1. first you need to install all the necessary libraries

   pip install -r requirements.txt

2. You will need to run the main.py project file

3. Run the avto_parsing.py

4. Insert your token in setup.py

5. When rebooting the bot, everyone should start over with the /start command
