HtrTrainer - FMC Analysis

HtrTrainer is a FMC analysis program that gives DR state scrambles and gives you the relative HTR solutions. The application uses the "nissy" command to conduct the analyses and generates detailed output on the terminal.

Allows customization of maximum half turn reduction lengths.
Supports the option to use NISS on the half turn reduction.

Requirements

Installation of "nissy" to perform the analyses.
C compiler to compile the program, such as GCC.

Installation

Ensure you have the C compiler installed on your system.
Compile the program by executing the following command:

```
Run the program with the command:
