Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
During the elbLayer init, all predefined items are processed. Currently, event objects will be ignored.

Describe the solution you'd like
Enable support for objects in the elbLayer before it gets initialized.
Update the types to a more strict format to deal with IArguments andDeepPartialEvent
