Added support to search projects based on ancestor project id

Bug Fixes

• Fixed the pod failure when there is no match of project and using includeDescendants as true (search of all of the projects with no filter in project hierarchy causing max heap issue)

Feature Addition:

• The addition of isAncestorProjectId is introduced to enhance the search API functionality. It enables search of projects which is there in given boundary code and belongs to given ancestor project, either itself or children.

Backward Compatibility:

• Dev tested to confirm it does not break existing functionality when isAncestorProjectId is not provided or set to false
