Background status service :

Toutes les minutes :

- vérifie si des logements redeviennent disponibles → si oui changer leur statut à "Available"
- vérifie si des logements redeviennent occupés → si oui changer leur statut à "Occupied"
- si une réservation est au statut pending et que sa date de début est dépassée, son statut passe automatiquement à "Rejected"
