LWC input option

I know we can include a flow as an insert type....how about another LWC? i've seen somewhere else that someone designed an lwc that acts as a signature square, that on touch screen i can sign with finger or on pc use mouse click. i don't what it does then, i imaged stores that scribble as something. but this would be cool.
