Troubleshooting Known Issues

  • Overall status shows "system error": This may occur in vector.overlap check if the delivery has invalid or multipart geometries. Please inspect the results of vector.geometries and vector.singlepart.
  • No progress on file upload: This might occur in case of server restart doing upload. Please refresh the page and try again.
  • Error message A file named ..... zip already exists.: Double-check in the deliveries table. If there is a delivery ZIP file with the same name, delete the old ZIP file before uploading the new one.
  • Result page shows "not found": The job log was deleted by the administrator or the product definition has changed.
  • vector.overlap check shows presence of overlapping polygons, although ArcGIS does not find any overlaps. This mismatch is caused by ArcGIS tolerance setting. If your data does not pass the QC tool vector.overlap check, please apply Integrate (data management) tool in ArcGIS on the data with XY tolerance = 1 mm. This will adjust coordinates of adjacent polygon pairs and make your data pass through QC tool's overlapping polygon checks.
  • vector.epsg check shows missing EPSG code: This issue occurs in shapefile (.shp) deliveries. To pass vector.epsg check, open the .prj file associated with your .shp and replace the last ]] brackets with ["AUTHORITY", 3035]].
