Symbolic layer names

A product can have more than one layer defined. For every check it needs to be defined which layer the check should be performed on. This is specified in product definition. Moreover, some checks check actual layer against another layer, eg. against boundary. For all of the above, the implementation introduces symbolic names of layers. v1 check is then responsible for assigning such symbolic names to layers present in a delivery.
