  • adding gap size tolerance (0.000001sqm) in vector.gap check

  • adding basic restrictions for users of the test_group user group (a user with the rights of 'test_group' cannot upload, delete or submit deliveries).

  • Update and fix UA product definitions:

  1. replace code '14100' with codes '14110', '14120' and '14130' for 2021 and 2024 status layer and 2018_2021 change layer (only 2021-related fields) and 2021-2024 change layer
  2. update list of FUA_CODES for product definition of 2021 and 2024 status layers - change reference boundary layer to 'boundary_ua2021_eea39.gpkg' for 2021 and 2024 status layers
  3. keep status layer 2021 with reference boundary layer 'boundary_ua2018_eea38.gpkg' as 'clms_ua_lcu_s2021_v025ha_boundary2018.json'.
