Installation on Windows

Installation has been tested on Windows 10. There are general prerequisities for running Docker on Windows 10:

Hardware assisted virtualization must be enabled in the BIOS of the PC.
The Windows user who runs docker must be a member of docker-users and Hyper-V Administrator groups.
Connections between the Windows host machine and docker must be enabled in Windows firewall.
