zap2epg Configure Settings and Options - Tvheadend

The Tvheadend category conatins the following options:

Tvheadend Options Enabled

• Enable if you use tvheadend as your PVR backend service

Tvheadend URL

• The url of your tvheadend backend
• If you have the tvheadend PVR client enabled on your system, this will autofill

Tvheadend Port

• The port number of your tvheadend backend
• If you have the tvheadend PVR client enabled on your system, this will autofill

Tvheadend Username

• Your tvheadend username
• Leave blank if you did not create a username

Tvheadend Password

• Your tvheadend password
• Leave blank if you did not create a password

Append Subchannel Number for OTA

• THIS IS A DEPRECATED OPTION
• Originally this handled missing subchannel number on zap2it
• Will be removed in 1.0 version

Append Tvheadend Service Name

• This will pull the service name from your tvheadend channels and add the name to the xmltv.xml files
• This option enables tvheadend to automatically match the channel to the zap2epg epg source
