Version 0.1.0

The script allows:

• Install fonts-noto-color-emoji
• Download the latest version of NotoColorEmoji.ttf from the Google repository if you get the -u or --update option
• Do not download the latest version of NotoColorEmoji.ttf if that file is at the same level as install.sh.
• Create a `.conf' file with the settings to be used
• Create link from the .conf file to add it to the records
• Update the font cache after installation
