Features:

New option userChrome.ui-force-old-icons - Force old icons to be used even if the userChrome.ui-chrome-refresh preference is enabled.
Now old Chrome icons are used by default, changing to the new ones when userChrome.ui-chrome-refresh is enabled.

Fixes:

Minor fixes for controls and titlebar background color for different themes.
New extension icon.
