git commit tag not pointing to latest commit #20

i see that when enabling to show git commit info, footer on the web page doesn't show latest commit

I think Hugo renders the git commit of the specific file,ie the footer template.

Should be a way to get content hash. I'll mark this as a good first issue for anyone looking to contribute.
