Feature recommendation - Connect MCU using IP and port #82

It would be handy to be able to connect to an MCU with port and IP(maybe with port and IP only as well).
During development if we already know the IP of the target MCU and we have only one MCU on the network, we could connect to it right away, without sending VehicleIdentificationRequest.

Yes, I have designed this function before. I will modify the code to release this function.
