Editor having vertical line for block of codes (e.g. if/else, try/catch etc) and making it collapsible like Visual Studio Code

As the title is pretty self-explanatory, the eclipse editor lack one of the sort after feature which is having vertical line for a block of code as one will see in Visual Studio Code. There is a plugin called IndentGuide to do the same but it has 1 lacking feature - making it collapsible for the block of code. Anyway sample below from Visual Studio Code.
