What this PR changes/adds
This PR fixes links, definitions, references, images for the respec rendering of the DSP in the sections
It also adds some developer documentation how to use the framework while editing the specification documents locally.
The result ex post can be seen at https://arnoweiss.github.io/DataspaceProtocol/. Please note the differences between the
CatalogandContractNegotiationsection - latter and subsequent will be fixed with a subsequent PR. Then the transition away from gitbook is complete.Why it does that
Simply importing the markdown leaves us with all drawbacks but none of the advantages of respec.
