Describe the bug

There is a problem with More Actions.. button of Source Control panel when select Changes , the all commands in drop down list are unavailable.

next (development version)

Steps to reproduce

  • deploy Che
  • launch a factory of public repo (e.g., for check was used https://gitlab.com/ashmaraiev/public-gitlab-repo.git)
  • do some changes in a file
  • open Source Control panel
  • try to Stage All Changes in drop down list by select Changes using More Actions.. button

Expected behavior

The commands in the Changes drop down list should be available
