Feature request: newsletter signup with email, first name, last name

Have a pop-up newsletter sign-up with email, first name, and last name. Ideally, a newsletter sign-up would automatically subscribe that person to future emails via Eloqua and perhaps automatically send them a welcome email with a sign-up for the slack.
