Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
When visiting the resources page in the extension app it shows all available resources for a given collection. If a user wants to download all the videos for a particular language they have to download the entire video set (500MB+)

Describe the solution you'd like
Ideally it should be possible to filter these lists, ideally by language

Describe alternatives you've considered
We could also consider creating some sort of 'asset pack' system where users are prompted to download specific groups of resources. This might be useful for farmer version in the future but it would still be useful for extension to more easily download a subset of videos

Additional context
The code that manages groups of resources can be found at apps\picsa-tools\resources-tool\src\app\pages\collection\collection.component.ts

Example farmer videos - lists all videos in the app and large download to include all

Work on this possibly blocked by #346 - likely will be best to migrate resources to match similar format to videos, and then use same solution
