Summary
View selected log file in extension simulator

Details
Extension simulator's executions overview page shows all previous runs. Each of these is tied to a simulator log file in a given workspace. The table should offer a button for viewing the file. This can either be opened using vscode's built-in command or shown in the webview panel using a modal or sheet.
The feature is half implemented to open in webview currently.

Use Cases
Be able to view any simulation log irrelevant of the currently opened workspace.
