Update NGINX download method and improve consistency

Replaced manual NGINX downloading with the `lastversion-action` GitHub action for better maintainability and simplicity. Corrected a typo in the README ("WordPress" instead of "Wordpress") and removed an unused Patreon funding entry in the configuration file.
