NotificationFactoryto use the already resolved@ColorIntvalue fromClearDataSpecificationinstead of incorrectly passing it toContextCompat.getColor(), which expects a@ColorRes. This prevents unnecessary lookups and ensures correct color application.Steps to test this PR
