The City of Chicago uses its 311 system to field citizen requests for non-emergency services such as pothole fillings and tree trims. All of these request are stored in a database.
We partnered with the City of Chicago and Chapin Hall to analyze what the City's 311 service requests can tell us about Chicago's neighborhoods, in better understand our city and better deliver city services.
