Through this Repo, you can:
1️⃣ Extract Audio from Youtube Video ( Also normal .mp4 ) file.
2️⃣ Convert .mp3 to .wav.
3️⃣ Convert any sample rate to 8000hz (or any 'N' hz) of frequency you like.
4️⃣ Split the .wav file in 50s (or Any time duration) audio files ( eg 1 min 45-sec file will convert to 3 different file of 50, 50 , 5 sec each ).
