Is this error in the Visual studio desginer? I only see this error sometimes and I am not sure what causes it. Deskbands are supposed to be used with Win32 so the current WPF solution is a quick workaround. I will take a closer look at it later.

Winform的和WPF的我都已经做出来了，Win10操作系统下能正常显示，但是Win7系统下，背景为黑色，无法透明窗体。
