Extra captchas to solve with captcha server

Issue

When running the local captcha server with the bookmarklet, the bookmarklet will always have one extra captcha to solve (at least) when the core has already finished running.

Reproducing

Run the local captcha server, run with -c 5 , you will always do at least 6 captchas in the bookmarklet

Other Notes

When making 5 accounts, on the 6th captcha to solve in the bookmarklet, the core script will say that it's finished, and so if you refresh the bookmarklet the extra captcha will be gone.
