Button WordWrap text appears left justified not centered

This issue is related to #9102

When using Button with LineBreakMode="WordWrap" the text on the subsequent line appears left justified not centered justified, e.g.

This might be the default text justification of text wrapping, but it would be great if a property like HorizontalTextAlignment were added. I searched the repo and tried the workaround mentioned in #10463 on iOS, but it centers the entire text object rather than applying center justification to the text.
