Select / LocalBinding from multiple ethernet port

Hi, i have personal computer that has 2 (two) ethernet ports.

How can I select from one ports that will do the Mqtt process.

Example, here are my setting for my ethernet ports
Port 1 : 192.168.1.100
Port 2 : 192.168.2.100

I want to choose Port 1 / Port 2 as my default port

How to do that,
