Bug fixes and BasePath handling

This release brings various bug fixes, as well as opens up the situations DOME can be used for integration into Version Control.

In addition, the build system has evolved a little and now is more flexible.

DOME is also now compatible with older versions of SDL2 (2.0.2 and newer).

As always, please raise any issues you have!

First Release Candidate!

This marks the first publicly available feature-complete release of DOME.

You can find documentation here.

Please raise an issue for any bugs you find.

The attached zip contains binaries for windows (x64), linux (x64) and Mac OS X (tested on High Sierra). You can always build from source for other platforms. If there is a popular platform you feel is missing, raise an issue.
