HoloXPLOR.DataForge 2.3.1-ptu

This is a simple executable which will convert any Star Citizen CryXml, or DataForge binary file, into a true XML file.

To use, simply drag the desired Star Citizen file onto HoloXPLOR.DataForge.exe.

You will either get a .raw file (for CryXml .xml files) or .xml file (for DataForge .dcb files) as a result, which will contain the true XML.

Can also convert all compatible files in a directory, and it's sub-directories.
In that case, all CryXml files are saved in-place, and any DataForge files are saved to both .xml and extracted to the original component locations.

This release adds support for LittleEndian formats
