Keep up the great work with docuseal! Very helpful software. I appreciate all of the hard work you guys are putting in to the software. Just wanted to chime-in on feedback for the software. I think the following should be implemented for better productivity
Being able to create and organize parent folders without needing to create a contract first and not just having a single folder
Better organizing with contracts by being able to have multiple different contracts under one master folder
Being able to tag signed contracts or contracts in that folder
Here is an example:
I created a folder for agreements for Subcontractors
Subcontractors (As folder)
• Marketing Contracts
--- Agreement for Social Media marketing
--- Agreement for Press
• Purchase Order Contracts
--- Agreement for Beverage orders
--- Agreement for Food orders
Subcontractors 2 (As folder)
etc so on and so forth.
In those folders (ie: Marketing Contracts), being able easily manage, organize and tag signed agreements so that they are easy to see them based on which type of agreement it is (ie: Agreement for social media or press)
This would be very very helpful. I feel like the main folder setup now is very limited and gets confusing a bit when you have many documents.
