Installation Lagging, Operation Delays, Inability to Experience the System Smoothly

1.安装缓慢卡顿：在安装过程中，速度极为缓慢，出现明显的卡顿和操作延迟现象。
Slow and Lagging Installation: During the installation process, the speed is extremely slow, with obvious lagging and operation delays.
2.安装后依旧卡顿：完成安装后，部分操作仍存在显著的卡顿与延迟。通过活动监视器查看，CPU 使用率高达 100%。使用 VNC 方式连接时，CPU 使用率同样为 100% 。
Persistent Lagging After Installation: Even after the installation is complete, some operations still experience significant lagging and delays. As observed through the Activity Monitor, the CPU usage reaches 100%. The same is true when connecting via VNC, with the CPU usage also hitting 100%.
3.不同配置均卡顿：在配备 2 核心英特尔 N97 CPU 及 8GB 内存的设备上，以及配备 8 核心 E5 - 2680 v3 CPU 和 8GB 内存的设备上，均出现卡顿延迟问题。后者虽 CPU 使用率未达 100%，但卡顿情况依旧。

I would not expect this to be running smooth at all with those processors. Seems to be running as expected.

I am having issues too. I think it has to do with the 7MB of VRAM allocated to the machine.
